“Alan , our guide, was so knowledgeable and told us great stories about the region. He made it a very fun day! He loves the area and helped us fall in love with it too! He went out of his way to show us extra little quick stops to add to the main ones, which were excellent! Loved the Cotswolds and he had great tips to get us quickly through Stonehenge, allowing the perfect amount of time”

7.Self-Guided Sightseeing Audio Tour

★★★★★★★★★★4.4 · 151 reviews · 1 month · from $6Best value

Bristol Hoppers audio walk packs Bristol Bridge, Banksy art, markets, docks, and GPS narration into one day for $6.

“Really enjoyed it. A bit of fiddling with the app etc first of all - I advise you do all the downloading BEFORE going to the start point as the 4G by the start point is pretty congested and it wasn't downloading. But went for a drink elsewhere, tried again, and it was perfect. Tour is a good length and right level of detail. We timed it so we got to the cascade steps just as the ferries were about to cast off, so added in a boat tour of the docks for a further £8 each. Would definitely recommend it as an initial introduction tour.”

“We were lucky as it was only the two of us on the tour. Katelyn was lovely. An excellent chatty, bright and knowledgeable lady. She gave us an excellent tour of Bristol history old and modern. The bikes are well maintained though the seats are a little hard. I stood up on the pedals over the few cobble streets we encountered.”

“We learnt so much about the harbour, ships, statues, what is worth visiting after the tour, about slavery, the Cabot controversy, city politics, local Shawn the Sheep studio, Banksy, sightseeing tips, food ideas... a very versatile tour. The guide didn't mind expanding on a topic that was close to us (slavery), and regarding the harbour, it was clear that he loves it, comes there often, so it shows in the quality of the tour. We loved the tour and are so thankful to our amazing guide!”
